Term of License

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully before downloading, accessing, or using the digital assets (Revit families, .rfa/ files, or any other BIM assets) provided by BIMColumn (bimcolumn.com). By downloading or using assets from BIMColumn, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not download or use any assets from this platform.

• All digital assets, parametric components, drawings, and documentation downloaded from BIMColumn are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Purchasers acquire only a limited right to use (license) the assets, not the copyright.
• All intellectual property rights and ownership regarding the creation of such BIM assets remain fully with BIMColumn.

2. Prohibited Uses (Redistribution & Reselling)

To maintain platform exclusivity and security, users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Re-uploading original or modified .rfa or other native files to other digital marketplace platforms.
• Sharing files for free or for a fee on social media, Telegram groups, WhatsApp, public Google Drives, or any BIM forums.

3. Permitted Uses

As an authorized user, you are granted permission to:

• Extract asset geometry and incorporate it into your main project model.
• Perform 3D rendering for client presentation purposes.
• Display asset details on working drawing sheets (drawings / PDF).
• Export files to IFC/NWD formats strictly for technical project coordination needs in the field.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

• All BIMColumn assets are provided to users “as-is”.
• BIMColumn shall not be held liable for financial losses arising from the direct use of these models without independent verification, adjustment, and validation by a licensed professional engineer or architect in the field.

5. Refund Policy

• Exceptions for refunds or file replacements apply only if it is proven that the file is corrupt and cannot be repaired by our system whatsoever.
